President

Tyra Johnson is a multidisciplinary artist and creative leader passionate about fostering spaces for connection, healing, and reflection. Her work blends sculpture, installation, and design to explore identity, memory, and collective experience. As President, Tyra brings a visionary approach grounded in collaboration, engagement, and storytelling.

Romina Simanovskaya

Vice President

Romina Simanovskaya is a creative strategist and connector dedicated to building vibrant, inclusive communities through the arts. With a background in design, photography, and social impact, she is passionate about using creative expression as a catalyst for change. As Vice President, Romina supports strategic initiatives with warmth, insight, and creativity.

Haley Watkins

Board Secretary

Haley Watkins is an educator and program designer who believes deeply in creating supportive, inclusive environments for growth and learning. She is passionate about building community spaces that nurture creativity, mental health, and self-expression. As Secretary, Haley lends her dedication to organization, care, and equitable access to the arts.

Darryl Ratcliff

Executive Director

Darryl Ratcliff is an award-winning artist, poet, and cultural advocate committed to using the arts as a tool for social impact and community building. Through his work, he champions diversity, accessibility, and sustainability in creative spaces. As Executive Director, Darryl leads with a bold vision for art-driven change and collective empowerment.
